What does Joy Stories do?
We are a team building and employee engagement company in Chennai. We design corporate team building activities, year-round employee engagement activities, experiential corporate training and corporate events for HR teams.
Where do you run team building programmes?
We're based in Neelankarai, Chennai. Programmes run at your office, at a hotel or resort on the ECR, outdoors, or at a venue of your choice. Planning something outside Chennai? Talk to us.
Can you handle large teams?
Yes. We design for small leadership teams and for groups of a hundred people and more, with the same attention to every person in the room.
What are employee engagement activities at the work bay?
Short, high-energy moments of 7 to 12 minutes that our team brings to your floor, so people celebrate festivals and fun days without leaving their desks for long. We plan them across the year with our Joy Calendar.
Are you an event company?
No. We're the team-building people. We run corporate events too, from office inaugurations to family days, but every event is designed around your people rather than the stage.
