Your office Christmas elves: we take care of it all

December is the busiest month in HR. Hand Christmas to us, and just turn up for the joy.

The Joy Stories Elves: five cheerful elves in colourful hats carrying a Christmas tree, a star, a gift, a checklist and a megaphone, under a string of fairy lights

Every December, someone in HR quietly becomes Santa's entire workshop. Decor, vendors, games, a Santa suit that fits, a speech from leadership, and a floor full of people who'd like to celebrate but also have a deadline. This year, let us be your elves.

Why bother celebrating at work at all?

Because the year-end moment is the one people remember. A good Christmas at the office does five quiet jobs at once:

It builds the team. People who laughed together on Friday collaborate better on Monday. It lifts morale right when people are tired and counting leave days. It shapes culture, because how a company closes its year says a lot about how it treats people. It celebrates everyone. Christmas at work isn't only for those who celebrate it at home; done well, it's an open door. And it moves engagement, which is the number you'll be asked about in January.

What "we take care of it all" actually means

The look. We dress the floor, from the tree and the entrance to the little corners people photograph.

The games. A curated set of Christmas games for the floor, for teams online, or both at once. Short, loud, inclusive, and new every year.

The people. A Santa who shows up on time, an MC who knows how to bring a shy floor to life, and a crew who runs the clock so you don't have to.

The moment. We build space for the leadership message and the wishes, so the celebration ends on meaning, not just noise.

You pick the date. We bring Christmas.

In person, virtual or both

Half your team in the office and half on Teams? We've done it. The floor celebration and the online one run side by side, so nobody spends December feeling like they're watching someone else's party. (Here's how we ran a hybrid Diwali for Beroe.)

What's coming in this series

Every week until the first week of December, we'll open the workshop a little more: the games that get a whole floor out of their chairs, a Christmas mystery your teams have to solve together, how to make remote colleagues feel part of it, and exactly what 40 minutes of Christmas on your floor looks like. Looking for quick ideas you can run yourself? Start with our Christmas celebration ideas for the office.

And if you'd rather skip straight to the good part, tell us your date. Santa's calendar fills up fast in December.

Christmas at your office, handled end to end. It sits on our Joy Calendar and comes to your floor as part of our office festival celebrations. Call Santa's elves.

Let's make your people colorful.

Tell us about your team, your calendar and your next big moment. We'll come back within one working day.
