Some calls make the whole studio sit up. When Beroe rings, we get excited. Yesterday was our fifth Diwali with them, and it was an absolute blast.
Five years, five new Diwalis
Beroe is a people company. You feel it the moment you walk onto their floor. And because they've invited us back every Diwali for five years, we've never been allowed to repeat ourselves. Every year is a new version of our Dilwale Diwali games, built fresh for the same people.
That's a gift. We get to iterate, invent and play-test in real time, and watch what lands with a room that already knows our tricks. Beroe helps us get better at what we do. Companies like this push us to raise the bar, and we love them for it.

The reels you've watched, now you play them
Beroe is a young crowd. They spend their scroll breaks watching people try ridiculous challenges on Instagram. So this year we asked: what if they stopped watching and started playing?
That became our Instagram Games segment, the games you've seen on your feed, brought to life in the office. Heads tilted back, hands steady, the whole room holding its breath, then the cheer when it worked (and the bigger cheer when it didn't). Of everything we played, this round took the cake.

One Diwali, two rooms
Beroe works hybrid, so a celebration only in the office would have left half the family out. We ran it twice. First, a 90-minute Dilwale Diwali face to face on their floor, in sarees, kurtas and full festival colour. Then a 90-minute virtual session on Teams for everyone joining from home, with games designed for the screen, not squeezed onto it.
Same festival, same energy, two very different rooms. Nobody had to be in Chennai to be part of Beroe's Diwali.
Why we keep coming back
Five years in, the best part isn't the games. It's watching the same people grow more comfortable with each other, festival after festival. New joiners pulled into the circle. Old friends picking up where last Diwali left off.
Five Diwalis in, the games are always new. The joy is what comes back.
That's the Us in our I to We to Us philosophy: a rhythm of shared joy that builds a culture, one festival at a time. See where this year began with Navratri at Beroe, or how another floor in the city celebrated a Dazzling Diwali at Rheinbrucke.
Running a hybrid team? We design festivals that work on the floor and on screen, as part of our office festival celebrations and the year-round Joy Calendar. Let's plan your next one.
