Getting to know the person behind the plan
We started where every strong team starts: with people. Light, playful moments helped colleagues discover each other outside of work, find unexpected things in common, and see each other as more than names on a project plan.
Move, think and win together
The middle of the morning brought high energy and a healthy dose of competition. Teams learned quickly that speed without coordination goes nowhere, and that the best results came when everyone's strengths were in play.

We closed with a large, creative build that only worked if every small part worked, a perfect picture of a project. Brainstorming, problem solving and patience came together in one shared moment of triumph.
